On 9 August 2013, Consul General Abdullah Zawawi Tahir and Madam Badiah Hanum Abu Bakar hosted a get-together during the Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration at Consul Consul Residence under ‘Program Mendampingi Rakyat Malaysia (PMRM) 2013’.
It was well attended by more than Twenty (20) Malaysian students studying at the Davao Medical School Foundation (DMSF), San Pedro College (SPC) and from other colleges in Davao City. The program was also attended by the officials from local government and private sectors.
The PERWAKILAN DAVAO CITY prepared sumptuous Malaysian dishes such as Nasi Lemak, Beef Rendang, Sambal Bilis, Salad and Tomato, Mee Fried Noodles, Beehon Soup, Fresh Fruits (mangoes, watermelon, pineapple and banana), Dates, Cakes and variety of Kuih Melayu.
