On Monday, 8th February, 2016, CG Abdullah delivered a Keynote Speech at the Opening Ceremony of 5th SAGAYAN Festival with the theme “Maguindanao: Transforming Now!” anchored on the framework of Maguindanao’s history and culture in Buluan, Maguindanao.
The Opening Ceremony were attended by Maguindanao Province Governor Hon. Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu, Assemblymen Hon. Khadaffy Mangudadatu witnessed by over 3,000 audience from 36 Municipal and Local Government Unit officiials, students and local residents.
