On 11th September, 2016, President of MSU System Professor Dr. Habib Macaayong conferred CG Abdullah with Certificate of Commendation in honor of his tremendous cooperation to the development of the relationship between Malaysia and MSU System and the Southern Philippines.
CG Abdullah will completed his mission in Mindanao on 13 October, 2016 and will depart from the Philippines for Malaysia. Prior to leaving, CG Abdullah made a courtesy visits to H.R.H. Sultan of Bacolod, MSU System President, staffs and high ranking officials and expressed his appreciation for support extended by Mindanao in order to enhance relationship between Malaysia and the Philippines.
CG Abdullah was the first Consul General from Malaysia to be recognized and awarded with a Certificate of Commendation after serving in Mindanao since 22 October 2012 until 13 October, 2016.
