CG ABDULLAH HOSTED HARI RAYA OPEN HOUSE WITH MALAYSIAN COMMUNITY AND STUDENTS IN DAVAO CITY

On Wednesday, 6^th July, 2016, CG Abdullah and spouse hosted Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House with over 200 attendees in Davao City.

Home-Based Staffs and their families gathered at the Consul General residence at 1400 hours to join the celebration. A group of 40 Malaysian students in Davao City were also present.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri was a national holiday in the Philippines, the atmosphere was alive within the small Malaysian community in Davao City, when everyone dressed up colorfully for the occasion.

An array of mouth-watering dishes such as Nasi Tomato, Ayam Tomato, Dalca sayur, Jelatah, Lemang, Rendang daging, Rendang ayam, Nasi himpit, Lontong, Kuah kacang, Laksa, Kek tiramisu, kek lumut lapis, Variasi apam, Karipap, Alcok and Buah Melaka courtesy of Perwakilan members were truly enjoyed be everyone present. The gathering ended past 2030 hours.
