CG ABDULLAH MET JEMAAH ANSAR MOSQUE IN DAVAO CITY

On Friday, 6th May, 2016, CG Abdullah met Jemaah Ansar Mosque at Chancery in Davao City.

 

The purpose of the meeting is for the Jemaah to submit their proposal to seek Malaysian donors to rebuild Mosque Ansar that could accommodate 300 jamaah. Approximate project cost P4.0 – P4.5 million (RM400,000 – RM450,000)

 

Omar Bandajala (right), the adviser of Mosque Ansar in Barangay 31-D Piapi along Quezon Boulevard, Davao City says that this is the third time their mosque was razed by a fire that also burned down surrounding houses. It was burned in 2005, in 2007 and on Monday 21 March, 2016.
