On Wednesday, 31st May, 2016, CG Abdullah met Prof. and Mr. Marjan M. Ajidulla AlHadj and 3 members of Jamaah Tabligh Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah from Sulu at Lupon Mosque.
Drugs, criminality and murtad is common amongst the Muslim in Sulu and Lupon. He cited, the lack of Islamic education, support, deen and aqidah were the main reasons of the rising crime, socio-economic backwards and divisions amongst the Muslims.
Prof. said, there is a need for Malaysia to assist Mindanao with the Malaysian Madrasah Education system in which follows the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah to properly guide the young and the youths.
