CG ABDULLAH MET MUFTI MOALLAM AT BARANGAY PANDAPAN IN TAGUM CITY.

On Wednesday, 31^st May, 2016, CG Abdullah and Badli Hisham from IMT Team Site Zamboanga City met Mufti Moallam at Barangay Pandapan in Tagum City.

Mufti Moallam was a respected Muslim scholar in Sulu and Davao region. He formerly studied and shared rented room with Malaysian student in Pakistan. After 7 years of teaching Al Quran in Jolo, he decided to return home and build his own Madrasah. At present, the Madrasah accommodate 91 students from Sulu, Basilan, Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga, Palawan and Davao Oriental.

Madrasah Al Arabiyya had been selected for Annual Ijtimak of Jamaah Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah on 4^th – 5^th June, 2016 and will be attended by at least 1,000 Jamaah from Davao entire region.
