On Monday, 16th May, 2016, CG Abdullah met Professor Datu Casan Conding Cana at Chancery in Davao City.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss on the proposal of Federalism based Malaysian model.
Professor Dato Casan had been with Mindanao State University since 1970 as a Dorm Manager, College Instructor and reached professional level and became a Dean of KFCIAAS. Thus a part of the ARMM Cabinet, 2000-2001. Retired in 2007 to join the art of politics to transform local governance thru the provincial Board into a more transparent, dynamic, and responsive and truly dedicated for the welfare of its people and communities.
