CG Deddy Faisal met with Regional Director of Department of Tourism Region XI, Mdm Tanya Rabat Tan on 29 March 2023 to explore collaboration in tourism sector between Malaysia and Philippines. He was accompanied by Madam Yazlina Azlin Yahya, Tourism Attache based in Malaysian Embassy, Manila.
Both sides also discuss the possibility to resume the air connectivity between Kuala Lumpur to Davao and Kota Kinabalu to Zamboanga to facilitate closer people-to-people connection.
