On 6th January, 2016, Consul General Abdullah met H.E. Dato’ Mohd Zamri Mohd Kassim at the Embassy of Malaysia in Manila. In attendance were Mr. Muhammad Rizany and Mr. Ahmad Sabri.
The meeting discussed and update several important issues such as Bernard Then case and the peace process in the Southern Philippines.
Malawakil Davao City has taken all necessary steps and is ready to deliver the body of late Bernard Then provided all the bills are settled by the donor. Malawakil Manila is expected to coordinate, make logistics and funeral arrangement with the late Bernard family members and Sarawak State delegation in Manila.
