On 19th January, 2016, Consul General Abdullah met Moadz Abu Saad, Mujahid Navarra, Amor Masbol and Arman Baylon from Mensahe TV in Davao City. The purpose of the meeting is to seek CG Abdullah assistance and support for filming a documentary about Islam and activities in Mindanao.
Mensahe TV is the premiere Muslim Media based in Davao City. The organization in the Philippines is broadcasting through the Sky Cable in the following cities: Channel 50 Davao City, Channel 62 Tagum City, Channel 50 General Santos City, Channel 55 Zamboanga City, Channel 44 Bacolod City and Channel 50 Dagupan City.
Mensahe TV is interested to establish cooperation with TV Al-Hijrah from Malaysia.
