On 21 March 2025, Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao prepared and donated 100 food packs to the Muslim community during the iftar at the Jamjoon Mosque Ecoland, Davao City. The program was collaboration between Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao and the Philippine Halal Trade and Tourism Advocacy Inc. (PHTTA Inc.), a non-stock non-profit organization and an institutional partner of the Davao City Halal Industry Development Council (DCHIDC).
