Consul General Abdullah Zawawi Tahir attended the 2014 International Conference on Entrepreneurship for the 13th year foundation of the Entrepreneurship Educators’ Association of the Philippines Inc. (ENEDA) on 07 February 2014 at Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City.
The Consul General invited the Malaysian delegates who participated in the conference for a dinner in his residence. The Malaysian delegates were Prof.Madya Roslan Abdul Rahim, Coordinator of Malaysian Entrepreneurship Development Centre (MEDEC) UITM Kelantan, Dr.Nik Nor Hasimah Nik Ismail, and Mr.Zulkarnain Yusoff, Senior Lecturers of UITM Kelantan. The Consul General also invited the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Alumni, Dr.Tato M. Usman, President of MTCP Alumni members, Dr.Taugan S. Kikay, Ustaz.Habib M.Usman, and Ustaz.Mahmod S.Ahmad, MTCP Alumni.
The event aims to bring together researchers and academician to expand the knowledge of business ethics and international business. Consul General took the opportunity to further discussed regarding the importance of strengthening bilateral relationship between Malaysia and Philippines to promote progress in commerce. The menu during the dinner were plain rice, fried chicken, mixed vegetables, daging rendang, grilled tuna, fresh fruits and mineral water.
