On Thursday, 3rd May, 2018 (17th Sha’ban 1439), the Personal Assistant to the Consul General, Ahmad Sharizal Bin Abdull Seliban handed over a whole package of teaching equipment to Ustadz Faizal Araji Pangilan at the Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City. The assistance is to benefit the Muslim in Purok 77, Taomo-Amina, Talomo Muslim Village in Bangkal and The Madrasatul-Buisah Times Beach, Ecoland both in Davao City, the Philippines. The teaching equipment will be used starting the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1439 (2018).
The monetary donations was partially contributed by officers from Wisma Putra and the HBS of the Consulate General of Malaysia. PA managed to buy the equipment at a great bargain price with complete package readily to be fully utilized by Ustadz Faisal starting May 2018. The said equipment are as follows:
1 unit of Acer Aspire 14 E5-475 i3 Laptop
1 unit of InFocus HDMI Projector
1 unit of Display standee
1 unit of Canon Compact T5207 printer
1 unit of Logitech z120 speaker
1 unit of a4 wired mouse / mouse pad
The Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City is continuing to assist and support the local community in Mindanao by extending efforts and resources to promote Malaysia and disseminating information through public diplomacy in line with Ministry’s Strategic Objectives.
