On 7th October, 2014, Matrade Office in Manila, led by Trade Commissioner Nyaee Ayup was represented at a Courtesy Call on Mayor Rodrigo Duterte at Marco Polo Hotel Thursday evening.
Matrade Manila is the Consulate’s strategic partner in developing ties of trade and investment relations between Malaysia and the Philippines. The promotion of Malaysia’s trade and investment is one of the economic objectives of Trade Commissioner Nyaee. With Ms. Nyaee’s appointment, the bilateral initiatives are expected to be strengthened further.
