On 09 June 2025, Commander of Naval Intelligence and Security Group-Eastern Mindanao (NISG-EM), LCDR Melwin L. Gojes paid a courtesy call on Consul General of Malaysia in Davao, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh. Both parties had a fruitful discussion on intelligence sharing, maritime security and other areas shared concern.
