The Head of Mission of IMT-7 based in Cotabato City, Major General Dato’ Abdul Rahim bin Mohd Yusuff accompanied by Supt. Razali bin Yaakub, Capt. (Dr.) Netto Ericson and Mr. Amir Faizal bin Ahmad, paid a courtesy call on the Consul General Mohammad Azhar Mazlan at the latter’s office on 24 May 2012. During the call, both sides discussed among others, the peace and security issues in the southern Philippines as well as other issues of mutual concern.
The courtesy call was preceded by dinner on 23 May. Present at the dinner were the Major General, Consul General of Malaysia and Consul General of Indonesia.
On 24 May, the Major General and the Consul General has a dinner meeting with the members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) namely Mr. Said Sheik and Mr. Von Al-hak.
