In the true spirit of friendship and sportsmanship, the Consulate General office organized a badminton game with the International Monitoring Team Seventh (IMT-7) at Wheels N’ More Badminton Court in Davao City on 26 June 2012. The IMT-7 was represented by eight (8) players. They were Major General Dato’ Abdul Rahim bin Mohd Yusuff - Head of Mission IMT-7 in Cotabato City, Gen. Dato Zulkifli Mohd Noor - HOM Dept. IMT-7, Major Maszuraidy Masduki -Dept. Leader of Team Site-4 IMT-7, Lt. Col. Mohd Ismaon Hj. Zainie of Brunei Armed Forces, Capt. Mohammad Ruzelmy Ahmad Fahim - Chief of Staff IMT-7, Col. Mohammad Holim Khalid of IMT-7 Team Site, Mr. Amir Faizal Ahmad and Mr. Johar Julasbi.
2. Playing head-to-head in a tough yet exciting game, the Consulate General was represented by the Consul General, Consul, Vice Consul, other Home-based staff and Locally-recruited staff. The game ended with the IMT-7 winning a hard fought victory. After the game, Consul General Mohammad Azhar Mazlan handed over tokens of appreciation to the IMT players. In return, the HOM IMT-7 presented a memento to the Consul General.
