On 12 August 2025, Consul General of Malaysa, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh attended the 11th Ambassador Lecture Series at Holy Cross of Davao College, organised by the Institute of ASEAN - European Studies (IAES). The programme carried the theme "Malaysia's ASEAN Chairmanship 2025 : Inclusivity and Sustainability". He delivered an insightful speech outlining Malaysia's vision for ASEAN in 2025, with a strong emphasis on unity, inclusivity and sustainable development across the region.
