Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh was honoured to take part in an iftar gathering with the local Muslim community on 13 March 2026 at the Mini Forest Boulevard, Davao City. Organised by Nestlé with the support of Acacia Hotel, Davao City and the Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City, the event reflected the spirit of unity, generosity and shared values during the holy month. The Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City also contributed 200 servings of bubur lambuk (traditional savoury porridge) which were distributed to the community in the spirit of togetherness and goodwill.
