On 15 May 2025, Islamic Banking Forum was organised at Agusan Hall, dusitD2 Hotel, Davao City. The event was hosted by Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao and in collaboration with City Government of Davao, Davao City Muslim Affairs Office and Maybank. Consul General of Malaysia in Davao, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh also delivered welcoming remarks during the event.
