Hamzah bin Ali, Minister Counsellor Mr. Amir Faizal bin Ahmad and Second Secretary Mrs. Siti Aliah binti Mansor met President/CEO of Halal Development Institute of the Philippines H. Abdulatif S. Sangcupan at Cotabato City. H. Abdulatif came to Cotabato City to join the MTCP Alumni Dinner hosted by the Embassy.
