On 11 March 2026, Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh attended the Mindanao Trade Expo 2026 in celebration of Araw ng Davao held at Abreeza Mall, Davao City. Organized by the Mindanao Trade Expo Foundation, Inc. (MTEFI), the event highlights Davao City’s vibrant economic landscape and its role as a key gateway for Mindanao enterprises. The expo also forms part of the month-long Araw ng Davao celebration, showcasing the city’s unity, resilience and rich cultural diversity.
