The Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) made a visit to Consulate General of Malaysia, Davao City on 25h -27th of September to share the latest software system in assuring the validity of approval visas at the Consulate General of Malaysia based in Davao City.
The Delegation was headed by Ms. Roslaini Mohd Nazar, the Director for Facilitation and Service for MSC Malaysia, Unit heads participated by Ms. Siti Mariam Kanan and Ms. Ruzila Razali, representatives from the Immigration Malaysia Ms. Nor Faiza Ismail and Ms. Wan Munirah Wan Mohamad.
Upon the delegates’ arrival on 25th September 2013, Consul General Abdullah Zawawi Tahir give a presentation regarding country brief and proceed for luncheon at the residence in Ladislawa Garden Village, Davao City. On 26th September 2013, the delegates lectured about the process of visa approval for ICT employees in Malaysia and its new system. In the afternoon, the representative from ICT Davao Chapter came to witness the lecture and they also shared their ideas.
The aim of this visit was able to achieve. The delegates thanked the Consulate for the warm welcome and accommodation. The delegates departed from Davao on the 27th September 2013.
