On 13 March 2023, CG Deddy welcomed the visit by Mr Rene M.Babiera, Coordinator of International Linkages and Affairs of the University of Immaculate Conception. He was accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Caliph Bin Abdul Razak, a Malaysian who is an alumnus from the School of Education and Social Sciences (SESS) of Management & Science University (MSU Shah Alam).
