On 28 December 2022, Consul General Deddy presented the Certificiate of Completion of Special Malay Proficiency Language Enhancement Programme 2022 (SiMPLE) to Mr. Rito Jr. Puga Resula and Mrs. Suad A. Pangilan, the Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) upon completing the Malay language course organized by Institute Diplomacy & Foreign Relations (IDFR) from September to November 2022.
