As part of their educational trip to Davao City, the 2nd year students of Bachelor of Science in International Relations of the University of Southern Mindanao Kabacan, Cotabato visited the Consulate General on 2 March 2012. During the visit, the 21-member delegation was given a briefing on the Diplomatic and Consular Practices and Procedures of the Consulate General in Mindanao by the Consul General followed by a question-and-answer session. Before the program ended, they were invited to partake in the food and drinks.
The briefing has been successful for the Consulate General in informing the students about the Diplomatic and Consular Practices and Procedures as well as the services that the Consulate renders to the Malaysian citizens in Mindanao and to Filipinos who want to travel and do business with Malaysia.
