The materials to rebuild the mosque were bought in Tagum City and were brought to Monkayo. The materials bought includes the sand and gravel, cement, hallow block, wire, bulb, nails, tiles, ply-wood, tank, door knob, padlock, and other construction materials.
The weather wasn’t fine, strong wind and heavy rain kept pouring, but still the Consul General and convoy pursue the location. They reached Monkayo at around 1:00pm. The Consul General handed the donations to the Imam Musiba Pinduruan together with the Muslim community in the area. The community was very thankful for the help extended to rebuild their mosque. The Consul General and convoy left Monkayo at around 3:00pm and arrived in Davao City at around 6:00pm.
