On 20 December 2024, H.E. Sarimah Akbar attended the 36th #ASEANCommitteeinStockholm (ACS) meeting at the Residence of the Philippines Ambassador in Stockholm.
Aside from discussing the outcome of the ACS activities from July until December 2024, the meeting witnessed the handing over of ACS Chairmanship from Philippines to Vietnam. At this juncture, Malaysia wishes to congratulate Philippines for the successful chairmanship and reaffirm our support to Vietnam as the new chair of ACS.
Additionally, as the year drew to a close, H.E. Maria Lumen B. Isleta, Ambassador of Philippines to Sweden, hosted a year-end gathering for the group, offering meeting members the opportunity to experience the rich culinary heritage of our region!
