On 5 December 2024, Her Excellency Sarimah Akbar, Ambassador of Malaysia paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Kamapradipta Isnomo, Ambassador of Indonesia to Sweden. During the meeting, both sides reiterated their commitment to fostering the spirit of ASEAN unity and strengthening the bonds between Malaysia and Indonesia in Sweden.
