The weakening high pressure cause rising temperature with fog in the morning over upper Thailand while the westerly trough covers the North and the upper Northeast, affecting outbreaks of persistent cold spell and rain bands. All people should keep warm and healthy due to the severe weather.
The strong northeast monsoon remains across the South and the Gulf of Thailand with isolated heavy thundershowers likely. The wind waves in the Gulf are expected 2-4 meters high. All people should beware of high inshore surf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 26-27 January. This advisory is in effect on 26 January 2016 at 5.00 p.m.
