52nd ANNIVERSARY OF THE NATIONAL DAY IN DILI,TIMOR LESTE

DILI, 9^th September 2009 - The Embassy of Malaysia in Dili celebrated the 52^nd Anniversary of the National Day by hosting a reception with the theme "1Malaysia: People First, Performance Now" at the compound of the Embassy yesterday. The reception was attended by many Malaysians as well as local guests and foreign diplomats in Timor Leste. The President of Timor Leste, Jose Ramos Horta also gracefully attended the reception in which he gave a speech that praises Malaysia's success after 52 years of independence.
