The ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Workshop on Preventive Diplomacy and Early Warning: Linkages for Conflict Resolution was convened at Novo Turismo Hotel in Dili, Timor-Leste, on 24-26 April 2019 and co-hosted by Indonesia, the United States and New Zealand. Malaysia was represented by YBhg Tan Sri Jawhar Mohamed Hassan, Malaysia Representative to ARF Expert & Eminent Person Group (EEP) and Mr Abang Abdul Rashid Abang Yusop, Assistant Director of ASEAN-Malaysia National Secretariat. Ms Nur Hidayah Mohd, Charge d’Affairs hosted dinner on 23 April 2019 in honour of the Malaysian Delegation.
