Friday, 7 February 2020, H.E. Omar Lauro Marreto Betancourt, Ambassador of Cuba made a call on Amb. Sarimah Akbar. H.E. Omar presented his credential letter to the President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste on 27 January 2020. H.E. Omar is replacing his predecessor-Ambassador Oscar Genaro Coet Blackstock who left Timor-Leste on 29 October 2019.
