Wednesday, 5 June 2019 – Embassy of Malaysia organized the Hari Raya Aidilfitri (1 Syawal 1440 Hijriah) open house to mark the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting in the Islamic Calendar. Aidilfitri is considered as one of the important celebration for Muslims. Nevertheless, people from different cultural and religion also enjoying the celebration. Around 130 guests turn out during the celebration, among others are members of the Diplomatic Corps, Malaysians residing in Dili, and representatives from local agencies.
