10 November 2023 - The Malaysian Embassy, and the Dili Chapter of the Ladies Association of MFA (PERWAKILAN Dili) jointly organized a Malaysian Cooking Demonstration. Attended by 30 guests comprising spouses of foreign diplomats, and expatriates; and Timorese dignitaries, the event is aimed at promoting Malaysia through culinary diplomacy. Officiated by Amb. Amarjit Sarjit Singh, the event featured expatriate Malaysian Chef Gia demonstrating the preparation of popular Malaysian delicacies, namely Kari Ayam, Roti Jala and dessert Onde-Onde.
