Malaysian National Day Celebration 2008.
The Malaysian National Day Celebration was held at the Malaysian Embassy in Pantai Kelapa on 31st August 2008. The celebration was attended by many Malaysians as well as local guests and foreign diplomats in Timor Leste. The President of Timor Leste, Jose Ramos Horta also gracefully attended the celebration in which he gave a speech that praises Malaysia's success after 51 years of independence.
