DILI - 30th July 2009, A Medal Parade was held in Delta Nova, Dili to honour 71 Malaysian Police from G-28 and G-43 who have served in the Malaysian United Nations Police (UNPOL) in Timor Leste. The ceremony was attended by Special Representative of the Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Atul Khare. Among those present was Mr. Luis Carrilho, UN Police Commissioner, Mr. Afonso De Jesus, Deputy Commander General of PNTL and H.E. Mr. Nazarudin Salleh, the Ambassador of Malaysian Embassy.
