| TCP Outreach program organized by Embassy of Malaysia and MTCP alumni Timor-Leste at Escola Infantil Nicolau Lobato Halibur, Terelau, Ulmera, Bazartete Liquiça, Timor-Leste, on 5th June 2016. This school was established by Madam Maria Madalena Kasian, veteran fighter who fought for liberation of Timor-Leste from Indonesia. The school offers education 98 students from the age between 4 to 6 years old. |
