MYTravelPass (MTP) - APPLICATIONS FOR ENTRY INTO AND EXIT FROM MALAYSIA FOR MALAYSIANS AND FOREIGN CITIZENS (EFFECTIVE 8 OCT 2020)
Effective 8 October 2020, all applications to enter or exit Malaysia for Malaysians and foreign nationals can be submitted online via the MYTravelPass (MTP) application gateway. MTP can be accessed on the following link: https://mtp.imi.gov.my/myTravelPass/main
Completed applications with the necessary supporting documents will be processed by the Immigration Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia – JIM) within five (5) working days, after which the applicant will be notified via email of the result. Further inquiries on this matter can be directed to http://eapp.imi.gov.my/tanya/create
Please be informed that travellers to Malaysia are still required to submit the Letter of Undertaking and Indemnity (LOU) and the relevant documents to the Embassy of Malaysia in Dili, for the issuance of Travel Notices as per existing practice. Travel Notice requests could be directed to dil.cons@kln.gov.my and copy to mwdili@kln.gov.my at least of three (3) working days prior to the applicant's departure. MYTravelPass (MTP) - PERMOHONAN KEBENARAN KELUAR DAN MASUK NEGARA BAGI WARGANEGARA MALAYSIA DAN WARGA ASING (BERMULA 8 OKTOBER 2020)
Bermula 8 Oktober 2020, permohonan kebenaran masuk dan keluar negara oleh warganegara Malaysia dan warga asing boleh dikemukakan secara atas talian melalui sistem MyTravelPass (MTP), dan bukan lagi melalui e-mel seperti lazimnya.
Sistem MTP boleh diakses melalui pautan https://mtp.imi.gov.my/myTravelPass/main. Permohonan yang dikemukakan secara lengkap beserta dokumen sokongan akan diproses dalam tempoh lima (5) hari bekerja, di mana pemakluman keputusan permohonan akan dimaklumkan melalui e-mel. Sebarang pertanyaan boleh diajukan di pautan http://eapp.imi.gov.my/tanya/create.
Sila ambil maklum bahawa individu yang ingin melakukan perjalanan ke Malaysia masih perlu mengemukakan Surat Aku Janji dan Indemniti (Letter of Undertaking and Indemnity - LOU) dan diminta untuk mengemukakan LOU tersebut dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan kepada Kedutaan Besar Malaysia di Dili, bagi pengeluaran Notis Kebenaran Perjalanan sebagaimana yang dilaksanaan sebelum ini. Permohonan Notis Keberan Perjalanan boleh dikemukakan kepada dil.cons@kln.gov.my dan disalinkan ke mwdili@kln.gov.my sekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) hari sebelum perjalanan di lakukan.
