The Embassy of Malaysia as part of the outreach program visited the Aldeia (sub village) of Baixo Balide which is a part of Suku (Village) of Mascarenhas in the Municipality Of Dili, Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste on 24th January 2017. H.E. Amb. Chitra Devi Ramiah took the opportunity to donate basic food items such as rice, cooking oil, noodles and milk to poor families living in this Aldeia.
