21 March 2023 - His Excellency Amarjit Sarjit Singh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, presented his Letter of Credence to His Excellency Dr Jose Ramos-Horta, President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste at the Presidential Palace in Dili.His Excellency Amarjit was accompanied by his wife, Madam Param Git Kaur Pauja Singh and Embassy officials. Also, present at the ceremony was His Excellency Julio Da Silva, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. His Excellency Amarjit is the 6th Ambassador of Malaysia to Timor-Leste since the establishment of the Malaysian Embassy in Dili in 2002.
