25 February 2024 – The Malaysian diaspora in Timor- Leste joined a Lunar New Year Hi-tea, organised at the Early Sun Restaurant by the Embassy of Malaysia in Dili today. Addressing the gathering, His Excellency Ambassador Amarjit Sarjit Singh urged the Malaysian diaspora to inculcate unity in diversity amongst the younger generation, and preserve the Malaysian tradition of sharing in the joy of different festivities. He also wished all present an abundance of good health, prosperity and happiness.
