30 July 2021 – The Malaysia Embassy is very honoured to participate in the 2021 Timor-Leste Development Partners’ Meeting. The document on 'Capacity Support for the Journey Towards Accession to the AEC’ has launched during the event, which outlined the progress have made towards the Timor-Leste ASEAN accession process. Several policies, legal frameworks and development have been implemented. Nevertheless, Timor-Leste counts on supports from development partners in capacity building, human resource development and technical expertise to materialise its vision to become an ASEAN member into reality.
