Ambassador Mahinder Singh met H.E. Mr Xoan Pablo Noya, the new Vice-Minister of for Asia, Middle East and Oceania at the People’s Power Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on 14 January 2014. The Ambassador conveyed congratulations on the Vice-Minister’s recent appointment. H.E. Mr Noya informed of his country’s desire to relaunch closer bilateral cooperation with Malaysia. Ambassador Mahinder stated that Malaysia could share her experiences in development with Venezuela while identifying areas of cooperation for the mutual benefit of both countries.
