ASEAN Photo Exhibition in Caracas
The Embassy of Malaysia together with the ASEAN Committee in Caracas which includes Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam and the People’s Power Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela participated in the ‘Launching of the first ASEAN Photo Exhibition’ on Monday, 7 October 2013. The ASEAN Photo Exhibition was held from 7-13 October at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The theme on the exhibition was tourism, culture and bilateral relations between Venezuela and the three ASEAN countries. His Excellency Mahinder Singh was interviewed by the National Assembly Channel and the Bolivarian Information Board on the importance of such events in the enhancement of bilateral relations. During the opening, all the invitees enjoyed some traditional food prepared by the three ASEAN countries. The Embassy of Malaysia delighted the guests with curry puffs, chicken curry with rice, agar-agar and rose syrup drink.
