Following the tragedy of the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17, a Condolence Book was opened at the Embassy of Malaysia, Caracas from Monday to Wednesday, 21-23 July 2014.
Many Representatives from the Diplomatic Missions came forward to sign the book and conveyed their condolence to the MH17 passengers and families. H.E Xoan Noya, the Vice Minister of Asia, Middle East and Oceania expressed his sincere sympathy and condolences on behalf of the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on 23 July 2014.
