In conjuction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration on 28th July 2014, the Embassy of Malaysia had organized a gathering at the Chancery of the Embassy in Caracas. The event was attended by Malaysians residing in Caracas and a small number of guests from other muslim mission in Caracas. In view of the tragedy of MH17, Ambassador Mahinder mentioned that this Hari Raya gathering was a low-key affair in honour of the victims and their families.
