H.E. AMBASSADOR RAMLAN KIMIN MADE A FAMILIARIZATION VISIT TO BOLIVAR STATE, VENEZUELA, 11 – 14 MARCH 2009
At the invitation of the Tourism Office of the Bolivar State, Venezuela, H.E. Ambassador Ramlan Kimin made a Familiarization Visit to the Bolivar State, Venezuela, on 11 – 14 March 2009. Accompanying the Ambassador was Mrs. Celsa Bermúdez Léon, an LRS of the Embassy.
Programmes of the Visit that were arranged by a local Tour Operator and coordinated by the Tourism Office of Bolivar State in Ciudad Bolivar, included, among others, meeting with the Officials of the Tourism Office of Bolivar State, in Ciudad Bolivar, to exchange views on tourism industries in both countries, especially Bolivar State, Venezuela and Sarawak State, Malaysia; and visit Ciudad Bolivar, Capital of Bolivar State.
Both local Tour Operator and Tourism Office of Bolivar State also arranged, for the Ambassador and the accompanying official, visits to the National Park of Canaima where they had the opportunity to visit the Canaima Lagoon; the Angel Falls (Salto Angel) and other waterfalls; Kavac Cave; as well as visit to the Indigenous Community of Canaima.
EXCMO. SR. EMBAJADOR RAMLAN KIMIN HIZO UNA VISITA DE FAMILIARIZACIÓN AL ESTADO BOLIVAR, VENEZUELA, 11 - 14 MARZO 2009
Por invitación de la Oficina de Turismo del Estado Bolívar, Venezuela, el Excmo. Embajador Ramlan Kimin hizo una visita de familiarización para el Estado Bolívar, Venezuela, del 11 al 14 de marzo de 2009. El Embajador fue acompañado de la señora Celsa Bermúdez León, empleada local de la Embajada.
El programa de visita fue organizado por un Operador Turístico y coordinado por la Oficina de Turismo del Estado Bolívar en Ciudad Bolívar, que incluyo, una reunión con funcionarios de la Oficina de Turismo del Estado Bolívar, en Ciudad Bolívar, donde intercambiaron opiniones sobre la industria del turismo en ambos países, especialmente en el estado Bolívar, Venezuela y el Estado de Sarawak, Malasia, y la visita a Ciudad Bolívar, capital del Estado Bolívar.
El Operador Turístico y Oficina de Turismo del Estado de Bolívar también organizaron, para el Embajador y la oficial acompañante, visitas al Parque Nacional de Canaima, donde tuvo la oportunidad de visitar la Laguna de Canaima y el Salto Angel y otras cascadas; la cueva de Kavac, así como una visita a la comunidad indígena de Canaima.
