Immediately after the Ceremony, H.E. Ambassador Ramlan Kimin was taken to the National Pantheon, where the remains of Simon Bolivar lie, for the Wreath Laying Ceremony.
At the end of the Ceremonies, H.E. Ambassador Ramlan Kimin hosted a small Diner at his Official Residence to celebrate the Occasion, attended by all Officials from the Ministry of External Relations involved in the Ceremonies and all HBS and selected LRS of the Embassy.

El Embajador Ramlan Kimin presentó sus Cartas Credenciales al Excelentísimo Señor Hugo Chávez Frías, Presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, el 1 de agosto de 2007, a las 7:00 p.m. (hora local) en el Palacio Presidencial, Miraflores.
Acompañando al Embajador se encontraba el Señor Selvaraj Ramasamy, Segundo Secretario. Por Venezuela se encontraba el Ministro del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores Nicolás Maduro; el Viceministro para Relaciones Exteriores de Asia, Medio Oriente y Oceanía, el Excelentísimo Señor Vladimir Villegas; el Director General del Protocolo del Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores, el Señor Ramón Gordils y el Ministro del Poder Popular del Despacho de la Presidencia el Sr. Hugo Cabezas también estaban presente en Miraflores.
El Presidente Hugo Chávez y el Embajador Ramlan Kimin, en una breve reunión inmediatamente después de la Ceremonia, reconocieron las cordiales relaciones existentes entre Malasia y Venezuela y acordaron que trabajarán aun más para mejorarlas en el futuro, entre otras cosas, ellos también discutieron sobre la visita propuesta por el Presidente Hugo Chávez a Malasia y el proyecto propuesto entre el ALBA y Malasia.
Seguidamente, el Embajador Ramlan Kimin fue conducido al Panteón Nacional donde se encuentran los restos de Simón Bolívar, para la Ofrenda Floral.
Al final de las Ceremonia, el Embajador Ramlan Kimin ofreció una pequeña cena en su Residencia oficial para celebrar la ocasión, a la cual asistieron los Funcionarios del Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores involucrados en la ceremonia y todo el Personal Diplomático y algunos miembros del Personal Local de la Embajada.
